Evan Doyle, MSc
Evan Doyle is a consultant collaborating with Adduna Health Partners. He has more than 10 years of experience focused on supporting governments, community-based organizations, multilateral funding agencies, and the private sector to design scalable and sustainable solutions for the world's most pressing health challenges.
Evan was previously an Advisor at The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, focusing on strategy and policy across a portfolio that supports health programs in more than 120 countries. Prior to Global Fund, he worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative based first in Eswatini then in South Africa, where he advised Ministries of Health across east and southern Africa and southeast Asia on the design and implementation of health financing and access strategies. Earlier in his career, Evan worked for a strategy consulting firm in Minnesota serving clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
Currently based in Switzerland, Evan holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of Minnesota Rochester.
